We are on the mission of making best practices an integral part of working in every business organization.
We have engaged with hundreds of different organizations in their journey of transformation. These are business organizations, changing the way organizations form their strategy, structure and system to deliver heighted business performance. The nature of business transformation has been multifold and multifaceted. The first aspect is deeply contingent on the culture of the organization which needs constant nurturing. The second aspect is that of business practices in organization management, which has critically connected all such transformation. The underlying idea of every business management is to consistently perform and constantly profit the stakeholders of the organization.
Herein comes the quintessential question of how can we perform unless we practice. The art of work significantly improves with the science of practice. Scientists have been examining the ways practice affects performance. With the advent of brain imaging technology, we study and see how the human brain maintains the ability to change its structure and improve its function through better experience which is termed brain plasticity.
The more we practice certain thing, the better we became at doing that thing. The better we do, the better is our performance. Scientists have found that professionals exhibited higher activity in certain parts of the brain compared to that of the amateurs. There exist a positive correlation between the extent of practice and the quantum of performance.
In order for practice to induce learning-dependent brain changes for better performance it must be meaningful and motivating. It is not just the race of running with practice but embrace the best practice. We need deliberate practice to demonstrate our consistent profitable performance.
Every time we have asked an organization about best practices, there has always been a mixed response. One obvious answer is that we need to have it and the second oblivious question is how to do it. Is there a way to cultivate and keep harvesting best practices as part of the organization culture?
We create that conducive culture to cultivate and nurture best practices in managing business organizations.
